Ballyfin is delighted to host an exceptional wine dinner in collaboration with Cos d'Estournel.  The evening will commence with Champagne and canapés, followed by a refined five-course tasting menu, each dish expertly paired with a distinguished selection of wines including - Champagne Michel Reybier. G d’Estournel 2020, Pagodes de Cos 2020, Cos Labory 2018, Cos d’Estournel 2018, Cos d’Estournel 2010 and Cos d’Estournel Blanc 2019.

Cos d’Estournel is one of the most prestigious wine estates in Bordeaux, located in the Saint-Estèphe appellation on the Left Bank of France’s Médoc region. Founded in 1811 by Louis-Gaspard d’Estournel, the château is renowned for producing powerful yet elegant wines that combine depth, structure, and remarkable aging potential. Often referred to as the “Maharajah of Saint-Estèphe” due to its exotic architecture and historical ties to India, Cos d’Estournel is celebrated worldwide for its rich heritage, meticulous craftsmanship, and status as a Second Cru estate in the historic 1855 Bordeaux Classification.
