Fine Dining Ireland
At Ballyfin, dining is a refined reflection of our landscape - seasonal, thoughtful, and deeply rooted in the connection between garden and kitchen.
By day, enjoy a more relaxed approach with beautifully crafted lunches and light bites, whether served in the sunlit Conservatory or al fresco on the estate.
By evening, the experience ascends to something truly special, with our Michelin-starred dining offering a menu that celebrates Irish ingredients with modern flair and exquisite precision.

The Restaurant
At Ballyfin the architectural splendour of the rooms and their historical resonances combine with the freshly sourced produced from our kitchen gardens make for truly memorable dining experiences.
Our Chef
Richard is a Michelin-starred chef who has worked in some of the most exclusive properties in the UK, most recently at the Mandarin Oriental Bittescombe Lodge and Deer Park in Somerset.

The Cellar
Discreetly hidden away in the former Servants' Hall downstairs, the Cellar Bar is the perfect place to enjoy the convivial hospitality for which Ireland is famed.
The Conservatory
Hidden behind the bookcase in a corner of The Library is a doorway that opens like a scene from Alice in Wonderland. You can enjoy lunch in the surroundings of the Turner Conservatory from April to October.
