The evening will commence with Champagne and canapés, followed by a refined six course tasting menu, each dish expertly paired with a distinguished selection of wines including - Aile d'Argent 2023, Clerc Milon 2016; 2021, D'Armailhac 2016; 2020, Petit Mouton 2016, Mouton Rothschild 2015; 2016; 2017 and Coutet 2021.
