The evening will commence with Champagne and canapés, followed by a refined five-course tasting menu, each dish expertly paired with a distinguished selection of wines including - Champagne Michel Reybier. G d’Estournel 2020, Pagodes de Cos 2020, Cos Labory 2018, Cos d’Estournel 2018, Cos d’Estournel 2010 and Cos d’Estournel Blanc 2019.
