Château Léoville Las Cases Wine Dinner

Ballyfin Demesne is delighted to announce an extraordinary evening of fine wine and gastronomy in collaboration with Domaines Delon, Château Léoville Las Cases, and Carrington Wine Merchants, exclusively for residents of the hotel on Thursday 13^th of November.

The evening begins with champagne and delicate canapés, followed by an exquisite five-course tasting menu created by the hotel’s Michelin-starred chef, Richard Picard-Edwards, with each dish paired perfectly with an exceptional wine. Guests will savour celebrated vintages including Domaine Buisson Battault Meursault 'Criots' 2022, Nénin 2017 and 2010, Clos du Marquis 2009 and 2008, the iconic Léoville Las Cases 2008, the legendary 2000 vintage, with a final flourish of Quinta da Romaneira 10-Year-Old Tawny Port served at the end of the meal.
