-CODE OF BEHAVIOUR-

The school recognises the variety of differences between pupils and the need to seek to accommodate these differences. It is agreed that a high standard of behaviour requires a strong sense of community within the school and a high level of co-operation among staff, pupils and parents/guardians. The school code provides the framework within which the members of the college can live and work together in a happy and secure environment.

1. Students are expected to be courteous, respectful and helpful to one another and to staff.

2. Students are expected to comply with the directions of teachers at all times.

3. Schoolwork and homework should be completed as directed by each teacher. A written explanation is required from home if homework in not done.

4. Absence from school must be explained in writing by parent/guardians.

5. Students are expected to show respect for school property.

6. All students’ property, e.g., coats, bags, books, etc., should carry the name of the student.

7. Students are expected to pick up litter and keep school grounds and classrooms tidy.
