St Patrick's Weekend 16th - 18th March from €915 per couple per night

Experience Ireland in the utmost style.

Friday 16th - Enjoy lunch on arrival followed by a guided tour of the house. In the afternoon a master class on how to make some of Ireland's favourite drinks - Irish Coffee and Hot Whiskey. Dinner will be followed by a small concert from a pianist playing some of Ireland's best known classical tunes.

Saturday 17th - Following time at leisure to enjoy Ballyfin you will gather by the fire in the library to listen to the story of St Patrick recounted by a wonderful local story teller. For pre-dinner drinks this evening you will taste a selection of beers from some of Ireland's notable artisanal brewers matched with some local foods. Following a wonderful St Patrick themed tasting menu you will join fellow guests in the Ballyfin bar for entertainment from some of Ireland's finest traditional Irish musicians and dancers.

Mothering Sunday - 18th March from €750 per couple per night

This break is all about taking time out and being utterly spoiled and letting the team at Ballyfin cater to your every whim. On arrival your room will include a candle lit seaweed bath in the comfort of your own bathroom where you can ease the stresses away followed by herbal tea, fresh fruit and cookies. Enjoy champagne cocktails by the fire in the library before an exquisite tasting menu after which you will retire to the saloon to relax in front of the fire and listen to the pianist playing classical favourites. Time for an extra night? stay a second night and enjoy a complimentary spa treatment.

Easter at Ballyfin 6th - 8th April from €915 per couple per night

At Ballyfin Easter is all about grown up fun and chocolate indulgence.

Friday 6th - Friday evening enjoy a tasting of the grand cru's of chocolate and learn how to match chocolate with wine. Following dinner in the state dining room enjoy music and coffee in the saloon with our pianist.

Saturday 7th - The sumptuous tasting menu this evening will explore chocolate at its best included in may surprising ways in the menu. After dinner you will get the opportunity to meet with the chef and learn a few of his secrets and take away some recipes.

Sunday 8th - We are sure the Easter bunny will have visited and today explore Ballyfin and enjoy a grown up Easter egg hunt. Your efforts will be rewarded with a chocolate afternoon tea in the library.

Bluebell Season 27th April - 13th May from €915 per couple per night

At Ballyfin you will experience one of the the finest collections of bluebells in Ireland. The enduring features of the Georgian landscape at Ballyfin contributes to its significance as one of the most important surviving landscapes of an eighteen-century Arcadia in Ireland. As you walk and cycle through magical woods carpeted by bluebells you will feel transported to another world. Ballyfin is at its most magical during this time.

Romantic Package 1 Night – from €1,075 per couple

Enjoy a romantic getaway at Ballyfin. Our package includes Champagne and Strawberries on arrival, lunch or afternoon tea on day of arrival in a location of your choice….the romantic conservatory, a hideaway picnic or the candlelit cellar. Spend the afternoon exploring the demesne on our tandem bike. Let our butler row you across the lake, visit the tower, grottos and walled gardens.
