We are closed in January and February and re-open on 9th March 2012. For reservation enquiries please contact us by phone or email or check availability on our online booking system.
Staying at Ballyfin is like staying in a private home. Full board is included in our rates and our nightly room rates are quoted as per room per night and based on double occupancy (single occupancy in single room).
Rates are inclusive of full Irish breakfast, lunch, tea, coffee, homemade cookies and cake, soft drinks, pre-dinner drinks reception, dinner, bedroom minibar of soft drinks and snacks, laundry facilities, use of most on-site recreational facilities (equipment supplied), Wifi, gratuity and vat.

Single room rate is based on a single room, the Morrison room, an extra supplement applies if deluxe, state or suite required for single occupancy. Please contact us for details.

The house accommodates 29 persons.
Ballyfin is a very special venue for groups; whether it be for families, incentive trips, weddings, anniversary celebrations, high-level corporate meetings, or a house party gathering of friends.

Visiting Ballyfin
Visiting Ballyfin is by Reservation only. To make a reservation, please call or email for availability or check our online reservation system by clicking on the reservations icon.
arrival & departure
Our bedroom check-in time is 4 pm. Should you arrive earlier we will endeavour to have your room available upon arrival. Should your room not be available you are welcome to enjoy our facilities in the house and demesne until your accommodation is ready.
On your day of departure, we kindly request that you vacate your room no later than 12 noon. We would be happy to store your luggage should you wish to stay on into the afternoon.
Children at Ballyfin
We welcome children of all ages when the house is reserved by one group for exclusive use. For individual reservations we welcome children over the age of 12 years.
